Client Challenge
Our client is a North American Distributor of industrial and institutional machined parts used across dozens of industries. Customers range from single contractors to some of the countries largest factories and distribution hubs. The client’s website is currently a Top 5 supplier, however the website is very difficult to navigate and is not mobile compliant.
Hypothesis
To support a re-launch of the website the companies products needed to be exported from a very antiquated version of a web e-commerce management system and brought into a modern CMS with responsive format.
Solution
An entirely new set of categories and applications for the the companies large database of products was established. New UI/UX was developed and simplification of application of user-pathway developed.
